Just a reminder, please have your school purchase order or personal credit card number available before you call. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Orders from Individuals:
Orders must be accompanied by a personal check or money order for the full payment amount, or charged to a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (Discover only accepted with phone or mail orders), including tax and shipping costs.
Orders from Schools:
Schools may phone, fax, or mail a purchase order to our office to place their order. A signed purchase order is required prior to shipping your order. Billing terms are Net 30 days.
Shipping Rates:

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for shipping.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please return it within 90 days for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling). All returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our business office at 1-877-PASSING (727-7464) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns without an authorization number will be refused. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return. Products must be in a resellable condition upon arrival.
